Personalized science. Driven by possibility.
MISSION
We believe that in 2035, ten million people will receive a cancer vaccine made uniquely for them. Meeting that need requires a scientific and clinical system capable of delivering personalized mRNA therapy at scale. Our mission is to build that system and make individualized treatment possible for more patients.
Our team includes scientists, computational biologists, engineers, and clinicians with decades of combined experience across oncology, genomics, mRNA design, and GMP manufacturing. Together, we integrate tumor analysis, epitope selection, vaccine production, and clinical coordination into a single platform designed for personalized care.
Echo Immune began with Sid Sijbrandij’s personal cancer experience. When he reached the limits of standard care, he documented his search for emerging therapies and the barriers patients face when pursuing personalized medicine. His journey underscored the need for an operating system built to support personalized treatment every step of the way and to create a foundation where accumulated knowledge, improved processes, and new treatment modalities can continually advance personalized medicine.
We are building that operating system. A platform that makes personalized mRNA therapy possible, responsible, and ready for the future.
